Facility Access and Use

Members Only: Access to the gym is limited to registered members and authorized guests.

Guests: Guests must sign a waiver and release form, and must pay the guest fee. Guests are only allowed during staffed hours. Bringing guests outside of staffed hours may result in a fine or termination of membership.

Facility Rules: Members must comply with posted rules and regulations. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Health and Safety: Participation in physical activities is at the member’s own risk. The Gym LLC is not responsible for injuries, illness, or damages that may occur.
Rules

Code of Conduct: Members must behave respectfully towards others. Use of loud or profane language, harassment, or intimidation may result in disciplinary action.

Dress Code: Members are required to wear proper workout attire at all times in public areas. This includes athletic shoes, appropriate tops, and bottoms that are gym-appropriate. Failure to follow the dress code may result in membership termination.

Clean Up: Members are to wipe down equipment after use, return weights and equipment to their proper place, and dispose of trash appropriately.

Sharing Equipment: We ask that you be mindful of other members when using the equipment. If possible, allow others to work in.

Food: No food is allowed on the gym floors. Please keep food in designated areas.

Personal Space: Please provide adequate space for others to perform their lifts as well. We ask that members do not linger in heavy traffic areas in the gym.

Lockers: Available for temporary use during visits. The Gym LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Daily Clearance: Lockers must be cleared out daily. Items left overnight will be removed.

Filming/Photography: We encourage you to take photos and film your lifts, but be mindful that others may not want to be in your frame. Also, be sure to tag us!
