Our Story
After years of being members of different franchise or "gym-in-a-box" style gyms, we wanted to break-free and put a unique spin on the fitness industry in the Golden Triangle area with some style. We strived to create a locally-owned gym that was inviting and fulfilling to everyone's fitness needs and goals, but we also wanted to create a gym that was bad a-word, a place that inspires everyone that walks through our doors to get work done, no matter your goals.
